3GH is an acronym for ‘third generation’ Holocaust descendants. Third generation Holocaust descendants include grandchildren of Holocaust survivors and non-direct descendants, who, by culture, community and education have come to align themselves with the messages of the Shoah (Holocaust).

The third generation are a unique population as they carry the deep ancestral ties - close bonds with ageing survivor grandparents and with the second generation - in addition to strong, articulate minds and slightly broken hearts. A good combination to create powerful change in the world.

3GH aims to create an opportunity for third generation adults to negotiate, process and explore their identities in a supportive and stimulating forum.
